1763193 - CRM-IU: error message concerning dates in contract management

Symptom

While creating a new contract or quotation the following message is displayed: "Date Contract Start Date must be within the area of validity".
It is not possible to change the contract end date.

While creating a new contract or quotation the dates maintained at header level are not passed into the item level.
