Symptom

  • While using the Navigation Map in a WebIntelligence report, the session ends with an error message.
  • Error is: "Invalid session. Please close your browser and log on again. (WIH 00013)". This is not session or timeout-related.
  • This only occurs in View mode. In Edit mode, the error usually cannot be reproduced.
