Symptom
On a client machine, where AD SSO is configured, after logging in to the InfoView, if users click on the Logout button, then instead of seeing the Infoview login page, a web page would be displayed with the following error message " Internet Explorer can not display the page" with generic browser troubleshooting steps.
If the user clicks on refresh, even then the same page is displayed.
To log in again, the user would have to close the browser, open another one and use the InfoView link to perform Single Sign On.
Note: This issue would be persistent and not intermittent.
