Symptom

  • Intermittently get "Internal error. Please contact your system administrator." error while viewing successful instances of Crystal Report.
  • Crystal Report Processing Server log has the following entries:
    • 2012/08/17 16:26:23.329|==| | | 7160|3572| |||||||||||||||(.\encomsessionmgr.cpp:374) Exception: Reason: Session ID is not valid. (FWB 00011). Detail: .\proxy_impl.cpp(1037) Session has been logged off
      2012/08/17 16:26:23.329|==| | | 7160|3572| |||||||||||||||(.\enterpriseProps.cpp:95) ExtractEnterpriseLogonInfo(): ERROR: could not create ISEnterpriseSession from serialized session (rci=RASPROCREPORT0102)
