1765540 - The PCM web client PCM errors with 80070005.

Symptom

Web does not open. After login attempt, Error box presented with 80070005.
Login to model builder and open book works ok.

Config does not complete on web server - Exception EOleException' in module PCMConfigure.exe at 000F5F55 Invalid class string

Other errors also found in logs:
