1765948 - Supplier transfer from ROS to ECC is not working

Symptom

From the "Supplier Preselection" POWL you select an accepted potential supplier and use the "Transfer" button to initiate the transfer to the ECC backend system.

  1. The supplier is not transfered, there is no XML message generated and no error message issued.
  2. A success message is displayed but there is still no XML message generated and the supplier is not transfered.
