• Promoting crystal report ( CR ) with Business view manager ( BVM ) dependencies ends in failure when using BI4 SP04 LCM on BI4 SP02 Source
• The crystal report(s) uses business views with dynamic cascading prompts and command objects
• All prerequisites for promoting business views ( BV ) such as promoting with User Security and including Application Rights were met
• Only live SP02 to live SP04 promotions fail.  An LCMBIAR to SP04 works
• The failures on the promotion job status can be seen as the following message :
  Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote. Please see the log for more details
  
• The Adaptive Job Server (AJS) traces show errors related to not being able to access a lcm.cms.list-guid[xxxxxxxx-yyyyyy-zzzz-zzz-zzz-zzzz].properties file.
• The AJS logs show errors similar to below :
