1766596 - EHP product version is not shown in Maintenance Optimizer product version menu.

Symptom

You want to open a Maintenance Optimizer transaction for an EHPx for ERP 6.0 system,  EHPx for CRM 7.0 , EHPx for SRM system...

The system is configured:

  • system is assigned to logical component
  • logical component is assigned to solution

Then in Maintenance Optimizer:

  • Choose solution in the solution dropdown.
  • No product version can be seen.
