Symptom
You, as a system administrator, observe in the Business Communication Monitoring view of ADMIN work center there are some messages with Time Out status.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the ADMIN work center.
- Select the Business Communication Monitoring view.
- Select Messages with Errors in the Show field.
Resolution
First you need to get the IDs of the expenses reports related to the messages with error:
- Go to the ADMIN work center.
- Select the Business Communication Monitoring view.
- Select the Show Payload button and IDOC option.
- Search for TVTRIPNR and next to it is the ID of expense report.
After getting the expense report's ID you can check in your ERP system if the expense report was posted correctly. If the expense report is already posted in ERP system without error, you just have to mark the message and select the Mark as Complete button. If it is not posted correctly, create an case with the expense report ID for the Time Out message.
