1766715 - Unable to Approve Sales Orders from Mobile Devices

You are not able approve Sales Orders on the mobile devices but are able to view and approve this within your ByDesign System.

1. Log on to SAP Business ByDesign on mobile application.
2. Click on Approvals.
3. Sales Order which has to be approved can not be found on mobile device.

 

The system is behaving as it is designed. Sales Order approval is not in scope in Bydesign systems.

As a workaround, approve Sales Orders from your ByDesign system in Managing My Area work center.
