Symptom
- Users are unable to logon onto the portal as the desktop assigned to the user is corrupt
- Users may receive error: red exclamation mark along with a link for "Log Off" similar to below:
- Users may receive the following error when trying to login
"Error occurred while trying to access framework page:
pcd:portal_content/<...>/frameworkpage, The object does not exist or you
are not authorized to access it..." - An error similar to the following can be found within the default trace file;
