Symptom
- During the install of SAP BI 4.0, the installation with default SQL Server DB completed successfully; however the Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) was not getting created at the end.
- Install logs show following errors indicative of SIA and CMS unable to startup on the server
- 14:02:12.433 server may be down (FWM 01003) connect timed out
detail:Server <HOSTNAME>:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) connect timed out] message [Server <HOSTNAME>:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)].
