Symptom

  • Error when attempting to view a report.
  • In SAP BI LaunchPad, when attempting to view a report created in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails with the error:
           
    "The viewer could not process an event. Verify must be performed before the first refresh [JRC00005556] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
