1768172 - Risk Terminator: PFCG doesn't work when adding transactions for roles

Symptom

Risk Terminator works well when using SU01 to add Roles for Users, but it doesn't work when using PFCG for adding transactions for Roles.
Risk Terminator didn't not check the risks for this Process at all.
unable to perform certain changes in the authorization/roles, as Function Module /VIRSA/Z_BEFORE_PROF_GEN is missing.
