SAP Spend Performance Management (SPM) 3.0

jmhiv, epm-sa, spm, spend; jmhiv2016e2, The definition of OPM_DM_X_API web service exists in the system, however, tr. WSCONFIG doesn't see it. Also in the tree of tr. WSADMIN, this web
service is under the "Service Definition Unknown" node. Thus tr. SOAMANAGER cannot find it.
