1769419 - Error: "Information Steward was not properly installed on SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform. (COR-10096)" - Information Steward/UNIX

Symptom

  • Install appeared successful, but receive the error when attempting to log into Information Steward GUI.
  • Do not see any Information Steward link(s) in Central Management Console (CMC).
  • Install logs error: "File does not exist, cannot retrive SIANode List"
  • Install logs error (addnode command): "ERROR: The Server Intelligence Agents name can only contain alphanumeric characters and underscores. The first character can not be a number. Help: Modify the provided -name argument to contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores, and ensure the first character is not a number."
