Symptom

  • In SDCCN of the managed system, the Maintenance Package runs or a refresh session is executed, however no session is downloaded.
  • Your EWA (Early Watch Alert) reports are not generated successfully. In the status you see a red flag, like the one below.

  • No download data available for session in Solution Manager
