In SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (BPC) there is a variable delay from a few seconds up to a minute or more from the moment when the user clicks on the eAnalyze or eSubmit menu and until the open dialog box is displayed.
The issue does not seem to occur for all the users and it appears to be random in nature.
