1770099 - Unable to set old roles in Business Role Management to the new methodology in AC 10.x

A new methodology was created and the new roles are being created on the new methodology. However the old roles that were on a different methodology are still remaining in the old methodology and you are unable to re-apply the new methodology on the existing roles.
