1770720 - PO workflows run into error SWF_RUN594 - Import container contains errors

Symptom

When you execute Transaction SWEL (Event Trace), you notice that there is an error message "Import container contains errors (are any obligatory elements missing?)"

The workflow for the "BUS2012" object and the "RELEASESTEPCREATED" event does not work correctly. You receive error SWF_RUN594
