Symptom

On the BI4 server, the System Event logs keep showing the message below:

Failed to determine status information of file/directory <INSTALLDRIVE>:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Data\SERVERNAME-_6400\SERVER_NAME.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer\sessions\_ASayR7_mPfZHsvadm7QY5Zw\P0pi3572KT1498{DOMAIN.corp}
{SERVER_NAME.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer}{ASayR7_mPfZHsvadm7QY5Zw}.tmp
from the file system. Please check for file system corruption,permissions and sharing violation
