1771817 - Special character in the password causes Designer to not be able to connect to the repository, even though in CMC the connection is successful - Data Services 4.x

• Cannot log into designer.
• Error:  "Cannot open connection to the repository. The error message from the underlying DBMS is <ODBC call <SQL Driver Connect> for data source <data source name> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Login failed for user 'username'. Notify customer support.> (BODI-20006)"
• Can connect from CMC with no issue.
• There is a special character in the password and remove the character and the connection works from Designer.
