1771834 - Poor performance in transaction LTR

• When you access transaction LTR from your SLT system you face long wait times to reach the configuration management area and/or navigate there;
• While performing an ST05 trace during the transaction call you see a considerable amount of time on the DB spent on selecting rows of tables IUUC_REPL_STAT and/or IUUC_REPL_LTNCY. Here's an example of a summarized SQL trace depicting this situation (for SP7 or SP8):
