1772588 - Trip Approval: How to replace workflow user/WF-BATCH with approver User ID

Symptom

  • Trip is submitted (Fiori Travel app/WDA applictaion/PR05) but the approval ID is not shown as approvers name.
  • You wish to report on approvals approved by user ID but the approval ID shows as WF-BATCH.
  • In PDF format, the approval id is shown as WF-BATCH instead of actual approver ID.
  • You require approval ID to be displayed as actual user rather than the workflow user.
  • The authorization check for P_TRAVEL is carried out for WF-BATCH user
