Symptom
Using Windows AD authentication if a recipient of a publication is removed from the AD group and therefore their account no longer exists the whole publication fails with the following error:
ERROR [pool-4-thread-24] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_XXXXXXX - [Publication ID # XXXXXXX] - An exception was caught while scheduling the publication. (FBE60203) [0 recipients processed.]
The log contains the following:
Caused by: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups for the account with ID "XXX;CN=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XXXX,DC=XXX". Please make sure this account is valid and belongs to an accessible domain.
cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2 detail:Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups for the account with ID "XXX;CN=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XXXX,DC=XXX". Please make sure this account is valid and belongs to an accessible domain.
The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 10505 at [.\exceptionmapper.cpp : 79] 50059{XXX;CN=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XXXX,DC=XXX, secWinAD} ...Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups for the account with ID "XXX;CN=XXX,OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XXXX,DC=XXX".
