1773058 - Error "Purchasing doc already archived" for not archived POs

Symptom

After executing preprocessing report for MM_EKKO, the message ME615 (Purchasing document xxxx already archived) appears when displaying/changing non-archived purchase orders. It is not possible to handle (e.g change deletion indicator in ME22N) once this message appears.
