1773364 - No authorization to SAPFTP SR073 (files larger than 10MB)

Symptom

In the Attachment list try to open a file larger than 10MB (which was stored with the GOS menu's Create attachment function).
Error message SR073 raised: "You have no authorization to display destination SAPFTP"

OR

Dump AUTHORITY_NOT_AVAILABLE raised for RFC destination SAPFTP(A) when the authoriztion S_ADMI_FCD = TADM will be checked.
