You defined a date prompt in Designer using a certain date/time format (for example, "MM/DD/YYYY").

In WebIntelligence or full-client BusinessObjects, the prompt appears in the default format of "MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS" instead.

And you cannot set the date prompt value part without the time value part Through the SDK.
