Symptom

While browsing through InfoView and viewing document, an error occurs:

Server Error in '/InfoViewAppActions' Application.

After disabling friendly errors in .NET framework (see MSDN article here), the following stack is displayed (Screenshot provided in the "Attachments" section):

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
