1774471 - "unexpected error decoding jsf component" when clicked on User list in CMC for SAP users

Symptom

Navigating User lists section in Central Management Console (CMC) gives error "unexpected error decoding jsf component".

Navigating through the Groups shows no users are imported

Going to the Entitlement Systems in the SAP tab of Authentication in the CMC does not give any errors and Roles are imported successfully.
