1774637 - Trading Unit PCE is Missing in Activity Quantities and Units of Measure

When you try to assign the unit PCE in activity Quantities and Units of Measure, it is missing in the value help.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Overview view.
3. Edit the Activity Quantities and Units of Measure.
4. Select Create and Maintain Trading Units link.
5. Search for the Unit PCE.
6. There is no Unit maintained with the ID PCE.

The unit of measures EA exist in the system. PCE was an old ISO code that is (also in ERP systems) no longer delivered.

Therefore, if you use PCE in your ERP system you have to maintain it in this system as well.

This can created in Quantities and Unit of Measures activity under Create and Maintain Trading Units

Note:

It is not possible to maintain Unit of Measures that do not start with 'Z'. You have to convert the Unit of Measure PCE in the source file to either your internal Unit of Measure or to EA.
