SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Some users cannot start data loads in SPM 2.1. The user sees the datasource or file on the Data Received tab in Data Management, but when clicking on the Start Now button focus shifts to the Data Load/Validation tab but the job does not appear there. In the backend, using SM37 the job /OPMDM/_PRD is actually getting created under their user id, but it is staying in "Scheduled" status.
