1775416 - Transport Organizer not prompting for request creation

When attempting to collect a BPC 10.X environment to transport by following the steps on BPC NW 10.X Administrator's Guide, the expected Pop-Up for the Request creation does NOT appear at all.

The expected behavior is to display the following prompt window:

The log simply reads, for example:

Object ABPC 506CC6D0B89E0085E1008000AC100B49 was written to order/task

No order/task ID is displayed (it is empty). The expected should be: "Object ABPC 506CC6D0B89E0085E1008000AC100B49 was written to order/task D10K900020"
