1775915 - It is not possible to create confirmations using BAPI - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

When trying to add confirmations to a purchase order using BAPI_PO_CREATE, BAPI_PO_CREATE1 or BAPI_PO_CHANGE. The change is not carried out, and the purchase order is not updated.
