Symptom

  • In Data Services Administrator Management Console, you receive the following in the RFC Server Interface:
    [  SEVERE ] Could not execute the following SQL command: insert into
    AL_BW_REQUEST (REQUESTID,TYPE,VALUE,DF_NAME,CREATION_TIME)  values (?,?,?,?,?)
    [  SEVERE ] ORA-00001: unique constraint (<ConstraintName>) violated
  • In SAP BW Monitor InfoPackage, you receive the Error in the data request with the following detailed message:
    Error while accessing repository: <RepositoryName> ORA-00001: unique constraint (<ConstraintName>) violated
