Symptom

  • Receiving the following error message when viewing Crystal Reports migrated using the Upgrade Management Tool (UMT):

The viewer could not process an event. Internal error. Please contact your system administrator.

Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

  • The issue is not observed for Crystal Reports newly created in the destination environment.
