1776730 - Display/Edit buttons not working in supplier preselection

Symptom

In the ROS Supplier Preselection POWL you select a potential supplier from the list. By pressing the 'Display' or 'Edit' buttons a new window with the supplier details should be opened, but instead only a blank window opens and immediately closes.
