Symptom

During the Managed System Configuration, the step Check Configuration fails with the following error:

  • Timezone of J2EE Engine (GMT) does not match the timezone of the diagnostics agent <timezone>
  • INTERNAL ERROR: An unexpected error occured.
    Details: com.sap.sup.admin.e2e.trace.api.E2ETraceException.Remote call failed
