Symptom

When running the mass forecast for info structure (Program RMCP6BIN) you get the following error messages:

  • Internal condition NOT IPRWA-VGVON IS INITIAL not fulfilled
  • Internal condition NOT IPRWA-VGBIS IS INITIAL not fulfilled
  • MA 653 - Forecast/historical period cannot be calculated
