Installed Crystal Reports 2011 Support pack does not match the Version number in About SAP Crystal Reports window

This is known product defect and Developers are aware about the problem.

There are at least two simple options to get correct Patch level:

Go to Control Panel > Add Remove Programs list to see what is the latest patch applied for SAP Crystal reports

or

From "About SAP Crystal reports" window click "More Info..." button to see the version of crw32.exe.
