1778211 - XI 3.1 - Blank page accessing InfoView or CMC from IE

Symptom

  • Accessing Tomcat main page (http://server:port/) shows the Tomcat interface
  • Accessing InfoViewApp or CmcApp through Internet Explorer, the tomcat icon is displayed in the URL but nothing is displayed and IE does not proceed further
  • Accessing these from Mozilla Firefox is functional
