1778253 - When saving a Desktop Intelligence to PDF from Infoview an error is thrown: Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator. [RCIRAS0546]

Symptom

  • Unable to save Desktop Intelligence reports to PDF from Infoview if CMS is not installed on the same node as the DeskI Processing Server
  • When processing a Save to PDF format from a server that does not have CMS installed, Desktop Intelligence throws the error:
    • Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator.[ RCIRAS0546 ]
