1778789 - Multiple errors occur after binding IP address to the CMS in a XI 3.1 clustered environment

Symptom

After binding IP address to CMS in a clustered environment, the following symptoms occur:

  • Failed in logging into Designer with the error "This user is reserved for Broadcast Agent. (USR0025) [repo_proxy 64] IDataAccess::init : unable to initialize the Connectivities layer : Unexpected behavior : unable to deserialize the ISEnterpriseSession according to its token"
  • Failed in logging into Web Intelligence Rich Client with the error "Login failed"
  • Failed in opening Web Intelligence document with the error "Session is Closed (Error: INF)"
