1778985 - libsybcs.dll loading failed when using reposcan

Symptom

  • use reposcan with 3.1 SP5
  • gets error : "Initializing...RepoScan error: Database access error. Reason Loading
    shared object failed. First tried to load library libsybcs and failed because of
    error: [The specified module could not be found.]. Second tried to load library C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Business
    Objects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\libsybcs.dll and failed because of error: [The  specified module could not be found.].
