1781057 - Old Company Name is showing instead of New Company Name in Output Channel Selection

Symptom

You have changed the name of a Org Unit (It is defined as Company), but the old name is still showing in the Rules of Output Channel Selection.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Application and User management work center.
2. Select Output Channel Selection view.
3. Select Show Rules For from the value help (for example: Customer Invoice)
4. Select Go button.

Cause

The cause for the issue is that the new changes are reflecting in the Rules of Output Channel Selection.

Resolution

To resolve the issue is,

  1. Go to Application and User management work center.
  2. Select Output Channel Selection view.
  3. Select Show Rules For from the value help (for example: Customer Invoice)
  4. Select Go button.
  5. Locate the Org Unit (For Example: Seller/Invoicing Unit).
  6. Select Edit button.
  7. Re-assign the Org Unit. This will pick the current name of the org Unit.
