1781066 - While Exporting Organization Structure in Excel, Business Residence is Missing

You have exported the Organizational Structure in Microsoft Excel, but the Business Residence is missing in the excel file.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Organizational Structure work center.
2. Select Org Structures view.
3. Switch to Table view.
4. Select Export button and choose Microsoft Excel.

The reason why the Business Residence field is not exported is that it is a Calculated field which has an icon and a text. The value for the icon is determined via a calculated rule.

You can export the Org Structure by using the second field Business Residence as stated below:

1. Go to Organizational Management work center.
2. Select Personalize and choose This Screen option.
3. Under Screen layout, select Untitled Table.
4. Under Fields section, scroll down till the end and you can find another Business Residence field. Check the Visible check box.
5. Save the changes.

Now, when you export the Organizational Structure, you can find the Business Residence.
