1781157 - When performing drill down to user details for any management report, the user details is in different language than logon language

Symptom

Maintain a user in different language in backend suppose in Jibrsh language and logged in to Frontend End with the same language for example jibrish, the user details of all management reports like user analysis and other reports are displaying in some other language.
