1781481 - Problems when creating a follow up transactions in Interaction Center

Symptom

  • Scenario 1: you want to create a follow up document of the interaction record (ICCMP_BT_INR/InrViewSet) but you miss entries in the dropdown list box (ICCMP_BT_FOUP/CreateFollowUp)

  • Scenario 2: although you've created the transaction type correctly and it is active, but when creating follow-up transactions in IC Webclient UI:
    • Transaction type is not shown in the follow-up popup
    • Message "No result found" is shown in popup of follow-up, for example:
