1781725 - Java error when displaying Surveys in CRM Survey Suite and WebUI

• Using Internal JTS ( Java Transaction server)  CATserver, we get below Java error when Survey is clicked.
• After upgrading kernel patch to 7.20 (or higher), click the Questionnaires tab survey preview gives below error.
• Trying to edit a survey in SAP CRM gives Java Error.

The error message is the following:

  Can't create processor: com.inqmy.lib.jaxp.TransformerFactoryImpl (java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
  com.inqmy.lib.jaxp.TransformerFactoryImpl) (class com.sap.cat.survey.xslt.XsltProcessor$Proecssor$processing.
