Symptom

  • When executing the program UJA_DATA_CHECKER, the following warning message appears:Missing File/Dir:\ROOT\WEBFOLDERS\"Appset_Name"\ADMINAPP\PROCESS SELECTOR\
  •  Error " Saving the workspace failed because of a missing root folder, contact your system administrator" while saving the work space in BPF template.
